The feast of the seven fishes is a cherished Italian American tradition celebrated on Christmas Eve
Since my family hosts Christmas Day, we never celebrated this tradition and honestly, 7 dishes always just seemed like a lot.
So this year I’m doing the 7 Fishes my way, the easy way, still keeping in the tradition of the 7 fishes, but only making 3 dishes. It's my practical approach to the cherished feast.
