In today's episode, I show you the secret to perfect mashed potatoes. Spoiler alert, the secret is lots and lots of butter. This recipe calls for a lot of butter. When you're making thanksgiving recipes, you rely on butter and this holiday recipe is no different. This is a simple potato recipe but the technique yields very fluffy, very tasty mashed potatoes.
