It's the holidays and you need to know how to build a better meat and cheese board. Like everything, its all about ingredients. I like to use some Sweet Red Grass Fed English Cheddar, 3-year Aged Gouda, Cypress Grove’s Humboldt Fog and Old Chatham Sheepherding’s Hudson Valley Camembert. Those are amazing cheeses that will be the base for a perfect cheese board. Add some meats, some nuts, some sweet stuff, put it all together on a nice board and you’ve got yourself one delicious and crowd-pleasing meat and cheese platter. And its so beautiful it acts as an edible centerpiece for when your guests arrive. This is one party trick you must learn.
