There’s a reason a Five Guys burger doesn’t taste like every other fast food burger and it’s not the toppings, it’s not the bun.
For the longest time I wondered what they do to make their burgers as tender and satisfying as they are, and I’ve come to realize it’s one specific thing they do on the grill that nobody talks about. How do I know this? I watched training videos.
From the formation of the patties, to how they are cooked, how they are assembled and even how they are wrapped, Its the little details that allows 5 guys to set itself apart. And today im showing you how it’s done and more specifically, how I order mine.
