I made your adult version exactly as written and served it along side cheddar bay biscuits. It was amazing! Even my very picky 7 year old loved it!

Very tasty. Made the adult version and it is verrry thick. I added a little more broth to make it more soupy. Good either way.

I made a half batch of the childhood version to use up my pasta a riso (moltisana brand)…and threw in a carrot. Cheated and made it all in the instant pot. a warm bowl of goodness when I wasn’t feeling at my best.

I made the adult version for my wife and I, and it was delicious. I think it would also make a great side dish for just about any protein. Great recipe!
