Many people say that the cheesesteak is Philly’s #1 sandwich. But talk to locals, and many will say the cheesesteak is good, but the real #1 is the Philly Roast Pork. Tender pork butt roasted in the flavors of italian sausage with provolone and broccoli rabe. Not only may it be better than a cheesesteak, but it's much easier to execute it well at home.

ZEPPOLES
ITALIAN DOUGHNUTS
I'm gonna show you how to make Zeppoles from scratch, also known as Italian doughnuts, usually found at street fairs, served in a brown paper bag and served with a mount of powdered sugar. I get zeppoles once a year at the san gennnaro feast in NYC. If you ever wondered how to make donuts without yeast this may be the recipe you're looking for. These are the best doughnuts in my opinion and one of my favorite childhood foods. And this is the easiest donut recipe I have come across. This is my first dessert and of course, it's an Italian dessert. Be careful when you fry donuts at home.
TRAIN YOUR PALATE:
HOW TO MAKE A VINAIGRETTE
Get in the kitchen with me for this one. It's not as flashy or visually appealing as my other videos but learning how to train your palate and how to make a vinaigrette is super important. We are going to build a vinaigrette step by step, tasting it along the way to help you understand taste, flavors and balance. I will also show you how to properly dress a salad and how to plate it. Hope you like this different kind of format.
EGGS BENEDICT WITH BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
In today's video, I will show you how to make a tasty eggs benedict with blender hollandaise sauce. You now know how to poach an egg (video for that here) now I'm going to show you to put it all together for eggs benedict at home. I make a blender hollandaise sauce, rather than use a double boiler, this is often called a 1 minute hollandaise sauce because of how easy and quick it is to make.
My sauce actually broke in this video so I'll also show you
how to fix a broken hollandaise sauce.

It seems like a tasty treat. I'll have to whip it up, but I like using my Traeger for cooking, so I'll likely transfer all the steps that were done in the oven to my grill. I like every single one of your recipes. coreball
I was looking for the PhillyCheese Steak here and found this recipe.
WOW this sandwich is awesome. I was crushed for time and could only marinade for 1 hour. Next time I will try an overnite marinade. So tender and juciy with plenty of flavor!
Even the Rabe was pretty darn good in this sandwich. Rabe on its own is very bitter but works very well here. Must be a New York / Italian thing.
My must have whenever in Philadelphia area!! Cannot wait to make it- thank you!

They put some spicy peppers on it and it is outta this world!!
This is fantastic. I have made it 3 times now and shared with a friend. What is the pasta recipe that you use. I took some of the fat and broth sauteed dome diced onions. Added a little garlic and then crushed tomatoes. A little oregano and parsley and a few basil sprigs.
I am trying to make a sauce for ravioli made from the pork, provolone, and rabe. I would incorporate more meat to convert to a straight pasta sauce. The sauce complimented but distracted from the ravioli - it is a work in progress. I will try butter sage or light pomodoro sauce next. Raviolis need more cheese may go with some rigotta. Sharp provolone a must.
What's the pasta recipe for the leftover pork?
