Thanks for the inspiration! Just purchased this mold. Trying to replicate a dish I recently had in Paris. Almost there. I couldn't get the mold to cut the sheets into individual raviolis when using a rolling pin on top. Any recommendations? I've tried a couple different pasta dough recipes. I have given in to cutting the sheets after they come out of the mold. Not the end of the world but not as "pretty" as I would like them. Love your recipes!
