Growing up, Taco night was the pinnacle of the weeknight dinner. Fun, interactive, customizable, the ideal way to feed a picky kid. For many of us back in the day, this was our first exposure to tacos. And look, I know a Mexican might watch in horror. But I’ve got a soft spot for the gringo taco. Even now, with every taco in the world at my fingertips, nothing takes me back home like an old fashioned American taco night.
But f*@k the box, its 2026 and we do taco night like this now, homemade shells, our custom taco seasoning, our homemade taco sauce, all the fixin’s and a few upgrades to the structural integrity to put your childhood to shame. This is Taco Night in America.
