When you think of Shepherd's pie, you think classic, comfort food, rich stewed meat baked with an ornate mashed potato crust, the kinda thing that warms the soul. But When I think of Shepherd's pie, I think of disaster, and pain.
An idea to rethink the format of shepherd's pie both lead to the first utter failure on this channel in 9 years as well as the realization that my shoulder is fucked and the only way to fix it is with surgery.
Now that’s a separate discussion, today I had another idea, simpler, easier, and one that I hope erases the painful memory of that infamous video. In fact, this idea is better.
