I'm gonna show you how to make Zeppoles from scratch, also known as Italian doughnuts, usually found at street fairs, served in a brown paper bag and served with a mount of powdered sugar. I get zeppoles once a year at the san gennnaro feast in NYC. If you ever wondered how to make donuts without yeast this may be the recipe you're looking for. These are the best doughnuts in my opinion and one of my favorite childhood foods. And this is the easiest donut recipe I have come across. This is my first dessert and of course, it's an Italian dessert. Be careful when you fry donuts at home.

I make a blender hollandaise sauce, rather than use a double boiler, this is often called a 1 minute hollandaise sauce because of how easy and quick it is to make.

This Bulgogi Burrito Became the Most Incredible Burrito I'd Ever Eaten

In 2014, when I ran my food truck, this bacon kimchi fried rice bulgogi burrito was the single best thing you could get out of a truck, besides my grilled cheese, of course. And as a retired food truck professional, I've seen some shit, I saw people prep, what they bought, how they treated their business, so naturally, I didn't trust nobody.

However, this product from the Korilla BBQ truck had everything I love, intense sweet caramelized beef, a kimchi bacon fried rice that was a textural masterpiece and kimchi, Korean flavors, wrapped in a burrito. Something probably not out of the blue today, but back then, this thing annoyed me by how good it was. And for some reason, it creeped back into my brain recently so I reverse engineered it so I can have it back in my life.
