CORN PESTO PASTA WITH PROSCIUTTO CRISP | FARMER'S MARKET MEALS

The question, "how to feed a vegetarian and a meat eater at once?", my corn pesto pasta with prosciutto crisp, a fresh farmer's market meal and my favorite summertime pasta. Using orecchiette, the bowl or ear shaped pasta, it creates the perfect vessel to hold little kernels of corn and also scoop up that fresh corn pesto.
