the 1 rule I break to make this ITALIAN BROCCOLI PASTA

Growing up I hated soft broccoli, so as an adult, you'll rarely see me boil broccoli to the point that it's soft. But for this Calabrian pasta dish, I'm gonna have to break that rule because the result is something delicious.

This was so delicious and worth the extra steps.

This recipe is now one of my go-tos; it never misses. I've made it at least 5-10 times and the only thing I change is I add nutritional yeast to the sauce, and omit the cheese and butter at the end (I try not to eat dairy) and oh my god, it's so good (I hope that's not too sacrilegious lol). I also like to throw in some capers for some salty acidity at the end. Bomb recipe!
