I'm gonna show you how to make Zeppoles from scratch, also known as Italian doughnuts, usually found at street fairs, served in a brown paper bag and served with a mount of powdered sugar. I get zeppoles once a year at the san gennnaro feast in NYC. If you ever wondered how to make donuts without yeast this may be the recipe you're looking for. These are the best doughnuts in my opinion and one of my favorite childhood foods. And this is the easiest donut recipe I have come across. This is my first dessert and of course, it's an Italian dessert. Be careful when you fry donuts at home.

Great recipe ….. but made 2x what I needed for 4 x 200g fillets of fish. Half quantity would be just fine.
I was worried about trying to make this Vodka/Beer batter but it was very easy to make and the best I have ever had, Very Crispy! I will use nothing else from now on. I used it on fish but it would also be good on vegetables or anything else you like with a crispy batter!
Sorry mate, I'm British and we call chips, chips not French Fries. Only franchises call their muck French Fries because they don't want to confuse tourists. And forget the vodka. Replace with ice cold water. There's not a fish in chip shop in the UK would add vodka.
I can’t thank you enough for this recipe. This turned out amazing. I couldn’t find rice flour so I used gluten-free Bob smells flour which worked just fine. My fish store also didn’t have cod or haddock so I used hake which was absolutely delicious
