So crazy. I made this at the beginning of this year (23) becaus you wrote “good luck”. Forgot all about it. I am currently on your site to revisit the Turkey recipe which I’ve cooked three times now (amazing!) and stumbled across this one again and thought back to when I made it this year and loved it. My whole family loved this recipe it was super delicious, but also, I had a mad year! So thank you for sharing this recipe and I will be making it again in Jan for yet another awesome year! Love your channel and food man. Cheers from Australia.

2nd time making this now, and love it! adjusted the recipe slightly to the slow cooker (adding pasta in roughly 40 minutes before i want to eat). Also great dish to use all my saved parmesan rinds. Thanks!

You have taught me so much . I love to watch you , and compare to what I was raised with here in South Jersey, as an Italian American. I also really enjoy how you did the Pasta E Fagioli authentic , I tried it and loved it!

Cant wait to try this :)

Happy New Year and God bless you and your family!

I made this and wow, it’s forking good! Due to the size limit of my pot, I only added 1/2 lb pasta so I didn’t need to use all that water. Just 3 cups and maybe a little more in the end. I did add the correct amt of white wine and broth. It was creamy enough for me that I probably didn’t need to add the butter and Parmesan but I did anyway. It was so worth it, Thanks for a great soup recipe I’ll be making again and again.
