Whenever I’ve eaten at Italian Restaurants in Jersey, there was this one dish that I always loved. It was always a special, and it was always a crispy fried chicken rollatini marsala.
If you’re French, you’d probably call this a cordon bleu, but whenever I had this at a jersey Italian joint, i just called it the Jersey Special. Whatever you call it, it worthy of your time.
