The bread alone is awesome. My second dough rose like crazy but I punched it down gently every time I folded it. The overnight ferment made the dough so wonderful. I baked a little longer because my oven doesn't go up to 450F. Came out great anyway. The only problem I had was getting the bread out off the sheet pan. I had the same problem the first time I made Detroit Style Pizza. Since then I butter the pan and then put the olive oil in. I will do the same the next time I make this and just hope I'm not insult any Italians.
The sandwich is perfection. It's a little pricey but absolutely worth it.
