Dirty CHICKEN Martini with a Lemon Twist

Chicken martini is a relatively new invention in the Italian American community named after my favorite cocktail, the Martini. And if you know me, you know I love a martini but I order it a strange way. Tito’s dirty martini on the rocks with a twist, no olive. So today, I’m making a new recipe, Chicken Martini, dirty, with a twist, no olive.

Hi Nick,

Reading the recipe I always read the recipe 2or 3 times before starting) . I noticed that in step 2 you mentioned bread crumbs but I thought they were subsitutetd by the parm. Could, please, clarify. I like what you propose and this recipe looks terrific.

Thank you and best regards,
