Fantastic meatloaf. Great texture, plenty of moisture, and wonderful flavour. This has become my go-to meatloaf recipe. Making it tonight for probably the 10th time!

Made this 2 times now and my kids love this.... very juicy and flavorful! I added chopped cheddar cheese in with the loaf and came out tremendous!

This turned out absolutely perfect! EVERYONE ate every bite. Thank you for another hit! I would never have thought to sop up the accumulation of fat with paper towels, but it worked.. served with your mashed potatoes recipe and baked broccoli.

With the exception of the bell pepper, V8 and your slurry method, mine is very similar. I g gave yours a go a few weeks ago and we haven’t gone back. Higher altitude and drier climate just means the usual tweaks to ratios. Superb. i make a 5 lb version though because we have a family of 8.
